ServiceVisit gives you an inventory dashboard that sums up your stock at a glance. You would use it to see where you stand and what needs attention without opening each location.

The dashboard shows four figures: inventory value, the number of active items, the number of low-stock holdings, and the number of out-of-stock holdings. Inventory value is the quantity on hand multiplied by each item's reference cost, and an item with no reference cost counts as zero. Below the figures, a Low stock panel lists holdings with their available quantity, reorder point and shortfall, and a second panel lists tools whose maintenance is due.

These are working figures built from the reference cost you enter on each item.
