View service margins
ServiceVisit has a Service Margins report that compares what you charge for a service with what it costs you. For each bookable service it shows the advertised price, expected labor, other direct costs, total direct cost, direct gross profit and gross margin, along with how far that is from your gross-margin target and the price that would reach the target.
You can open a service to see its completed work: net sales with tax excluded, standard and employee labor, and the resulting gross profit and margin across those jobs. Where costs are missing, the report says so and shows "Unknown" instead of a figure.
These are direct margins, so overhead is not included. The target itself is changed in your provider defaults, not on this report.
