View reports
ServiceVisit has a Reports section that shows how your business is running. Its standard pages are Overview, Performance, Work in Progress, Assessment Outcomes, Booked Value, Unresolved Fees and Feedback.
You would open these when you want to review how work and sales are going without digging through individual jobs. Overview is the page the Reports section opens on.
Reports are for looking, not for changing records. Some other report pages show labor cost or margin figures, and some are only offered to people who are allowed to see them, so the list you see in the sidebar can be shorter or longer than another person's.
