View labor costs

ServiceVisit has a Labor Costs report that shows what your field staff cost. It compares the standard cost of your Labor item with each field employee's current hourly cost, and shows how many field employees have an hourly cost recorded. A positive difference means the employee's cost is below the standard.

For completed work, you pick a range of Work Order completion dates and see, for each Work Order, the expected and approved onsite minutes, the standard cost, the employee cost and the variance. Actual labor counts approved onsite, travel and checkout time and leaves out breaks. Where a cost is missing, the report shows "Unknown" rather than a guess.

Because it shows what staff cost, it is available only to people who are allowed to see cost figures.
