Walter diagnosis for an assessment
When a technician captures an assessment, Walter AI can read what they wrote about the problem, along with any photos they added, and suggest a diagnosis. The technician writes the findings and then asks for a diagnosis. Walter returns an issue type and trade, a short assessment, the parts and tools it thinks the job needs, and sometimes a question when it needs more detail.
Walter only advises. The technician's own findings are never changed, and the suggested parts and tools are offered as line items the technician can edit or remove before anything is saved. A person reviews the suggestion and decides what goes into the assessment.
After a diagnosis the technician can mark whether Walter helped. Walter is a drafting aid and nothing depends on it, so an assessment can be completed without asking for one.
