View Estimates

ServiceVisit keeps every estimate you write in one place so you can look back at what you quoted. The Estimates page under Money lists your estimates, and opening one shows its line items, its status and the job it belongs to. The cards at the top show Draft, Sent and Approved counts and an Approved Value figure; Approved Value is totalled across every matching estimate, not just the page of rows you are looking at.

You can narrow the list with the status filters (All, Draft, Sent, Approved, Declined and Expired). By default the list shows only the current version of each estimate. Clear the Current revisions only checkbox to see earlier revisions as well, so you can tell what was originally proposed and what changed.

Viewing is the starting point for the rest of the estimate steps. The actions you are offered on an estimate, such as sending it, revising it or turning it into work orders, depend on its status and on the other estimate capabilities you hold.
