View your customers
ServiceVisit keeps a record of the people and businesses you serve. You would open Customers to look someone up, using the search box, and to open a customer's record to see their details and how you have worked with them. The same customer records are what you pick from when you create a Job or write an invoice.
Customers also appear when you search across ServiceVisit, so a name or number heard on the phone can lead you straight to the right record.
Viewing is the starting point for the other customer steps: adding a new customer, editing one, linking a customer to a Property, and the quick overview of a customer's work and balance. Those are separate actions.
