See a customer's overview
ServiceVisit shows a short overview of how your business stands with a customer, so you do not have to open each Job and invoice to find out. You would look at it before calling a customer back or sending a quote.
The overview counts the customer's open and completed Jobs and their open and total estimates. It also shows how many invoices are unpaid and how much is owed on them, the customer's lifetime spend from paid invoices, and the date of the most recent completed job. A feed of the customer's recent activity, covering the last 90 days by default, sits alongside it.
The overview is read from the customer's record, so it builds on viewing customers. It reports figures and does not change anything.
