See Your Assigned Jobs
ServiceVisit lets you see the Jobs that are assigned to you. A Job counts as yours when you are its owner or when a Work Order under it carries your active assignment. This is what a technician needs to see the work in front of them without seeing the whole business.
You can open one of your Jobs, see the Work Orders under it, and check its status history. Jobs appear under Jobs in the main navigation.
If you can also see all Jobs, you see the whole list instead of only your own. Seeing a Job does not let you change it. Editing, assigning and cancelling are separate actions.
