See your own qualifications
ServiceVisit lets each team member look at the qualifications their provider has recorded for them: trades, skills, credentials and licenses. You would use it to check that what is on file about you is right, for example after a license renewal.
This is a read-only view of your own record. If something is wrong or missing, the page tells you to ask a provider administrator or operations manager to correct it, because qualifications are recorded by the provider rather than edited by the person they describe.
Someone who can view the whole team can open any member's qualifications; this step is what lets a person see their own without that wider view.
