Viewing Your Findings Reports from an Assessment
When a provider completes an assessment at your property, the findings they choose to share with you appear in My Findings Reports. This guide shows how to read a report, download it and open the photos and files attached to each finding.
Before you start
Sign in to your customer account. A report appears only after your provider completes the assessment and shares findings with you. Findings the provider keeps private are not shown to you.
Steps
- Open My Findings Reports. Each row shows the job title, the provider, the date assessed, how many findings were shared and the outcome of the assessment.
- Select a row to open the Findings Report.
- At the top, see the job title, the provider, the date and the Outcome. Select Download PDF to save a copy.
- Read each finding in order. A finding shows a summary, its type, and a colored label for severity when it is more than informational. Severity can be Safety, High, Moderate or Low.
- Where the provider added more detail, read the explanation underneath, and the Recommended list of suggested next steps.
- Select a photo to open it larger, or select an attached file to open it.
- Select All reports at the top to go back to the list.
Tips
- Treat anything labelled Safety as a priority and ask your provider about it promptly.
- Use Messages to ask your provider about a finding or a recommended step.
- The PDF is useful for keeping a record of the visit or sharing it with someone else.
If something goes wrong
- If you see No findings reports yet, no provider has shared an assessment with you.
- If a report says "No findings were shared for this assessment.", the assessment was completed but nothing was shared. Ask your provider.
- If you see "Unable to load your findings reports. Please try again later." or "Unable to load this findings report. Please try again later.", try again shortly.
- If a report is not found, the link may be wrong, or the report may not belong to your account.
