Create a Work Order Template
ServiceVisit lets you build your own Work Order Template, a reusable plan of steps for a type of work. You would create one when you do the same kind of job often and want every technician to follow the same steps.
You give the template a name, choose the type of work it is for (the Work Classification field), and add a description and its steps. The Work Classification is required and cannot be changed after the template is created. For each step you can mark whether it is required, whether it needs a photo, and whether it needs the customer's signature.
You can also start from an existing template by copying it. The copy is a separate template, so you can adjust your copy freely before using it.
Changing a template later is a separate action, as is applying one to a Work Order.
