Advanced Billing Reports
This capability opens the billing reports in the Money area. Billing Reports gives a financial summary for a time range you choose, with revenue by month and a short set of health insights. The report can be downloaded as a PDF or a CSV file, or a summary can be emailed to the signed-in user.
It also opens the Money overview and the Receivables, Offering Performance and Customer Credit Aging pages. Receivables tracks outstanding receivables and how fast invoices get paid. Offering Performance reports on each package and service plan you offer. Customer Credit Aging shows what you are still holding for customers and for how long.
The Earnings page and the write-off section of the financial report are separate actions, as is exporting the Offering Performance tables.
