Your Property Limit and Claiming More Properties
Each plan lets you keep a set number of properties on your account: one on Essentials, up to three on Plus, and any number on Portfolio. When you reach your limit you cannot claim another property until you move to a bigger plan.
What you see at the limit
On My Properties, the Claimable Properties From Your Service History panel lists properties that your providers' jobs point to. Beside the list it shows how many properties you have used, for example 1 of 1 property used on Essentials.
When you have used your allowance, the panel shows Property limit reached. The Claim This Property button on each property becomes Upgrade to Claim This Property. Select it to open Subscription Plans and pick a plan with room for more properties.
Claim a property
- Open My Properties.
- In Claimable Properties From Your Service History, find the property.
- Select Claim This Property. The property now appears under My Properties with its Property Passport.
If a suggested property is not yours
Select Not My Property. It is hidden from your suggestions. If you hid one by mistake, select Restore Hidden Suggestions.
Tips
- Only properties you have claimed count toward your limit. Suggestions do not.
- If you downgrade to a plan with a smaller limit, you choose which properties to keep. The service history of the others is kept.
If something goes wrong
- If Claim This Property is not available, check whether you are at your limit. Upgrading removes the limit for the number of properties your new plan allows.
- If a property you expected is missing from the suggestions, it may have been hidden. Use Restore Hidden Suggestions.
